Hi I'm Natalia

I live in Indiana. I love to write and laugh. I have enormous faith that Jesus is the Christ, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a teenager from Indiana. I'm mix. My mother is from Honduras and has a huge family. My father is from Maine and was adopted into a huge family. Me, I'm the only child. I have no idea on what my talents are. But I have huge dreams for my future, such as being a world famous chef and help with the government/medical world while finding a cure for cancer. I like to write and talk in front of large crowds. I write in my journal daily so my future family will be able to know what challenges and blessings that happened to me while I am growing up. I love the people all around me and the gospel which has brought me all that I have. I know for a fact that there is a God and that His Son lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I like knowing where I belong. I like knowing that there is a plan for me, a Plan of Happiness. It makes my understanding of life so much easier. Knowing that being here on earth isn't just it, that there is more to look forward. That there is life after death. Even though I've been a member my whole life, I have the agency to choose if what I've been taught is true. I have questioned the gospel teachings once before because it just seemed to surreal. I prayed and studied the scriptures over and over again, and asked for guidance and comfort if these teachings were true. After a while, i knew that these things were true. That all of the things which I have been taught are all of good things. I've always been told to respect myself, be nice of others, and help and serve others who are in need, and being taught of those things had to be from a good Christ-like place, and not from evil. Personal Progress also helps me get out and serve the world. It prepares me to be a mother and a wife. I know that if if we listen to the past and modern Prophets, we will become closer to Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ. I know that the scriptures are true. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, such as the Bible. I know that the modern Prophets today do speak to God and tells us what we need to know to become closer to God.

How I live my faith

Going to church weekly, being in the Young Women Program and going to Seminary daily has helped me gain such a strong testimony. I am also serving in the SYC (Stake Youth Committee) which sets up all the Youth activities such as dances, firesides, youth conference, and such. Being in the SYC has helped me gain responsibility and courage to socialize more with the youth and the leaders.
