Hi I'm Kellee

I'm an IB student, I love to ride motorcycles, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a senior in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. I love to learn. I love to ride motorcycles. My dad and I will be riding from Arizona to the Arctic Circle in July as a graduation trip. I love dogs and have two labs. I also have a pet toad. My favorite color is purple. I love to play tennis. I'm also in my high school's Interact Club because I love community service.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in the teachings of the gospel. I have been exposed to countless different belief systems and can't think of a single one that is as reassuring as the gospel of Jesus Christ as taught by the LDS church. The LDS Church has brought me strength and guidance in making some big decisions in my life and it has always turned out for the better. I know that my Savior loves me and that He is always there for me. That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am in the Young Women's organization in my ward. Every Sunday we have lessons on things like marriage, dating, service, loving our families and every Wednesday we have an activity where we get together for fun. We might play games with the young men, paint our nails, do a service project, or just eat junk food and talk. It is a place where everyone is welcome and where I have never felt unwanted. I keep going back because it doesn't matter what we're doing, I have friends there.
