Hi I'm Josh

I am a Junior in college; I am studying to become a Paramedic and I am a Mormon!

About Me

I really loved to high jump for my high school track team. I like to read, but recently I only have time to read my textbooks. I aspire to go to medical school become a surgeon. I am a Junior at my college. I love to sleep and eat. I have two cats. I love to play the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life. I live in Utah so most of my friends have been Mormon as well. I didn't really question my faith until I was in 9th grade going to seminary. In 9th grade I didn't have the greatest of friends; they always swore and they didn't have a religion of their own, but they were nice. I was in seminary one day and my teacher was teaching about Joseph Smith; I never had my own testimony of my own so I decided to test it out. I went home and prayed to my Heavenly Father and I felt the Spirit testify to me of the trueness of the Gospel. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God.

How I live my faith

I am an Elder in my home ward. I usually get called on by my dad, the bishop of my ward, to bear testimony during sacrament meeting, or to play piano for the men of the ward. I go to Institute every Friday and I follow God's commandments. I try to attend the temple every week, and I try to be a good example to the people I work with, and everyone I come in contact with. I was called to be a missionary for the Chruch, I am currently serving and will soon be leaving to Russia for the duration of my mission.

In whom should we have faith?

We should put our faith in Christ. When our faith is in Christ we can do ALL things. Show more Show less
