Hi I'm Arii

I grew up in Tahiti, I love skimboarding and I am a Mormon

About Me

I love going out with my friends, specialy at the beach where I can skimmboard with my best friend, in fact he introduced it to me. I also love playing online games with my brothers and with my friends. I am studying to be an engeneer. I love volleyball and soccer and every other sports but more those two even thou I have asthma. I like to learn, not really important what things I learned but I like to learn in general. I have always lived in my little island in the middle of the pacific ocean, and I studied in France too.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born as a member, so I was baptised at the age of 8. I loved to go to church, but later on my family was not really active in the church so I wasn't at the same time. I knew the church was true, I knew that God was there and that he answered my prayers, (but I was more praying went I needed help). I was not really following his gospel because I never read the scriptures and because I could not really understand it went I was 12 years old. At the age of 16 I started to read the scriptures and going to church this really helped me understand the gospel and how to live it and also to understand what Jesus Christ did for me. So I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it was translated by Joseph Smith. I was not a convert but i can said that I am a convert of heart. Living it with my family really helped us be more happy in this life and also at home. I know that God really answer prayer and that anyone that reads the book of mormon and ponders on it will have their life changed

How I live my faith

When I was in France I was teaching the adult in sundays class. I loved that, even thou I did not know much about the doctrine I had to learn a lot if I wanted to teach and help people understand it too. But back in Tahiti I was hometeaching families with a companion and we were helping families with their garden. And I was also a ward missionarie helping giving class to non-member and to introduce them to the church
