Hi I'm Katie Kazeck

I grew up in an Army family, so we traveled a lot and got to see a lot of places. I am a wife, mother, and sister. I'm Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in an Army family and married an Army man. I'm a mother, and love it along with all of its challenges. I went to cosmetology school and have had my license for about 6 years now and love it! I love to be outside or finding new craft projects to work on, I'm not the best but I do try!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm LDS because no matter what other religions i learned about, through attending them or even reading about them or talking to someone who's in them, I never found a stronger feeling of belonging anywhere else. I've never felt so much peace and love from any other church...It took me a while but I know that this gospel is true. I know that Pres. Thomas S. Monson is our prophet today. I know that the Bible is the word of God, as far as it is translated correctly, I also know the Book of Mormon to be the word of God. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet. I know that the temple is a holy place that brings peace and love and provides me with the opportunity to live with my family forever. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior, He atoned for my sins and He died on the cross to be resurrected three days later to give me the wonderful opportunity to repent and be baptized and to strive to live my life worthy enough to live with Him again someday. I know that I am a child of God and He loves me and I love Him. I know that I can talk to my Father in Heaven through earnest prayer and through the scriptures my questions can be answered. I know that Jesus lives and that He has walked on this Earth. I know these things to be true, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am dedicated to visiting other sisters in my ward and love to be able to get to know them and talk with them often. I love to make new friends in them and to learn more about them and where they're from and what they've been through. I am really big into service, we try to find little ways to serve our community as often as possible.
