Hi I'm Lenna Hamblin

I was born in Mesa, Arizona. I am the mother of 6 and the proud grandma of soon to be 25! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a convert to the church, mother of 6 grown children, and a very happy, proud grandmother of 24 grandchildren, soon to be 25! I enjoy scrapbooking, sewing, quilting, and cooking. My favorite things are getting together with family. My husband and I have been married for 38 years and the gospel helps us to stay focused on what we need to be doing daily in our lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with no religious background and also came from a broken home. My greatest desire was for a stable and happy home and family. That is what the church provides for me...the opportunity to provide a loving home for my family. I took the missionary lessons while going to college and the spirit touched me and I knew the church was true, and could provide me with those answers that I was looking for. My family is so very important to me and I want to be together forever with them, and also be the best example for my grandchildren!

How I live my faith

I have served in many callings in the church and decided right away with my husband that we would never turn down a calling given to us. The church provides us an opportunity to help other people as we visit in homes, I have the opportunity of learning leadership skills, scripture study is important in my life, I have had many opportunities to teach children, young women and adults. I may not be the most eloquent speaker but I truly enjoy having opportunities to serve.
