Hi I'm Pat

I am a mother and a grandmother and I love to go to the Temple and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in the Protestant Church, was once a member of the Catholic church and am now pleased to say that I am a Mormon. I joined the Catholic church in the 1950's in order to be married by the Priest. I have been married, divorced and raised 3 beautiful daughters all on my own. I worked hard as a computer builder to support myself and my children. While waiting for my divorce, I lived with my Brother-in law who was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was impressed by his example and the teachings found in his church. He invited the missionaries over and I started to take the lessons. My divorce lawyer also happened to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He shared his testimony with me and helped me to understand more of the church's teachings. After receiving the missionary lessons, I knelt down and asked my Heavenly Father if this church was true. The answer did not come right away, I had to pray several times but the answer did come. I know that this is God's church and I am blessed to be a member of it. I love attending and working in the Temple. I also love to travel and visit distant family members

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because Jesus Christ is my Savior and this is His church. I know that God lives. I know that Jesus Christ is His Son. I know that this church is true and that it is lead by a living prophet of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church each week, reading my scriptures and saying my daily prayers. I love the temple and try to attend as often as I can.
