Hi I'm Tony

I'm a convert of almost 20 years. I have a testimony of Jesus Christ.

About Me

I am a father of three children and a step father of one. I was introduced to the Church by my wonderful wife. I have been in the construction industry for over 36 years and have enjoyed the many service projects that we have completed over the years. I have one favorite team and that is the World Champion St.Louis Cardinals and anyone who plays the Chicago Cubs. I have enjoyed sports my entire life and have played many. I love to fish and play golf as I have had the opportunity to fish in Florida and catch a twelve pound bass. I have a strong testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ and how his influence has affected my life. My wife and I look forward to retirement and the opportunity to serve a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Catholic Christian, Alter Boy and attending a Catholic grade school for 8 years I never fully commited myself to my religion. When I met my wife I was against the commitment neccasary to be a Mormon. I soon realized that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints was the strongest family church that I had ever been associated with. My curiosity soon led to the discussions with the Missionaries and a conversion that took me by supprise. I have never looked back and have served in many callings over my 20 years in the church. I have a strong Testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ, tithing, prayer and all that they mean to me and my progression in the church. I believe in our Heavenly Fathers plan and the opportunity that I have on the earth to prove to him my worthinous through my actions. I can hardly believe how lost I would be without our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as their guidance has led me to many decisions in my life. The scriptures, teachings of our Prophets and the Ensign have been strengths in my life as I enjoy reading and listening as the needed direction can be aquired so easaly.

How I live my faith

I have always been one to participate through service projects and find strength in helping others. Many friends have been aquired through these service projects as we all gain a sense of how our Savior felt performing the many miracles to the needy. Through my many callings I have worked with the youth in Scouting and have never enjoyed a calling more than the Commitee Chair for the scouts in Florida. The search and rescue event that my board and I put together for the Klondike was the most rewarding experience in all my callings and the most challenging. My Wife and I have been fortunate to visit many Temples and participate in the Ordinances within. Being worthy is not easy and requires living our faith to it's fullest. The Family Proclamation to the World has strengthened our beliefs in families and has kept us together.
