Hi I'm Veronika

I am a wife who enjoys life! I absolutely love my family, waterparks, tiny dogs and most other animals. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Washington, then went to the great state of Utah for my education. There I met my husband, and truly developed a firm testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I love cooking & baking - especially cake decorating, learning how to be crafty, physical fitness (triathlons, races, and dancing), healthy eating, and competitive board games. I love adventures and learning about other areas of the world. My dream job is to be a mother.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon brings a purpose to my life, as well as a sense of fulfillment. This is achieved by aligning my life with the teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. By following these teachings, I am constantly bettering myself through working on developing core attributes such as honesty, integrity, selflessness, service, forgiveness, kindness, productivity...the list could go on and on. Developing such attributes brings me a greater sense of self-worth, which in turn makes me happier and more fulfilled! I love the priorities the Church emphasizes, one of which is the importance of the family and the home. As I'm preparing to have my own children, I look forward to being able to raise them in a home that is separate from the atmosphere and influence of the outside world. I want my home to be filled with the Light of Christ. I know that when I go to church every Sunday, when I study the scriptures and read the talks and messages given by our living prophet and his apostles, I know that what I am hearing, reading, and feeling is the truth. It makes sense, it makes me a better person, it makes me happy. I know I am working toward so much more on this earth than I could ever accomplish on my own. I know that my Heavenly Father knows me and loves me. I know that he cares about me, about my struggles and my accomplishments. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and can't imagine my life without it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service in the Church. I work with the young women who are 16-18 years old, and teach them lessons about such things as the divine roles of women, increasing in spirituality, and living lives of virtue. I also try to be a positive example and influence to others in the way I live my life.
