Hi I'm Craig

I'm a husband, father, student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Boise, Idaho with many Mormon friends. I however, was not a member. Through the example of my friends, I realized this church was good. In my late teens I started to look for something more. It was given a copy of the Book of Mormon. While reading it, the Spirit touched me and I was baptized a year later. I went to serve a mission in Upstate New York. After my mission, I went to BYU-Idaho where I met a wonderful woman who became my wife. We are now students at Boise State University and have an energetic, amazing two year old with another on the way. I am a strength and conditioning intern with the Broncos and an exercise science student.

Why I am a Mormon

As a teenager, I began to search for a church. I knew I needed something. A friend gave me a copy of the Book of Mormon, which I immediately began to read. It wasn't long before I knew this was right and true. I was baptized and loved how I could still be myself and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It gave me a guidance and direction that I had never had before. My life now has purpose and every week I renew that love and direction. This church is the restored Gospel of our Lord and I'm grateful to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example to others. As a strength and conditioning coach for a collegiate athletic department, I'm exposed to language and behavior that isn't in line with the Gospel of Jesus Christ on a daily basis. I try to be light in the darkness in my workplace for others to see. I try to be the example that the Savior would want me to be, even in tough times.
