Hi I'm Tiffany

I am a wife, a mother, an exercise specialist and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in a loving and righteous home. After graduating and leaving home I went to college on a track and field scholarship and have continued my carreer in athletics as a coach and personal trainer. I just recently completed my master's degree in exercise science. I love being outdoors and anything that requires physical activity. I also enjoy crafting. I love to make cards and scrapbook pages, and any other paper crafted projects that I can come up with. The best part of my life is my family. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful little children. I hope to teach them about the savior and help them have as wonderful of a life as I have had.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in Jesus Christ, he lives, and he loves us. Our Heavenly Father has a plan for us and wants us to return to live with him. I was raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and my testimony grows every day. I would have to say that the greatest thing in my life is my Family. I know that through God's plan, we can be with our families forever. My husband and my children bring such great joy to my life and I know that I will be with them forever.

How I live my faith

Everyday. At home, I try to creat an environment that is happy and friendly. I teach my children about Jesus Christ; we sing songs, and read scripture stories. I am also trying to help them learn to develop their own talents and know that they are children of their Heavenly Father. I avoid things that will affect my happienss and try to surround myself with uplifting things. At church I currently teach the women in my ward a gospel lesson once every month. This has been a great opportunity for me to study the scriptures and become more familiar with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Tiffany
Heavenly Father wants us to be happy and healthy. We can do this by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. When our bodies are healthy, we can focus our attention on improving ourselves spiritually and serving others. Show more Show less
