Hi I'm Jamie

I grew up in Colorado. I love photography and the outdoors and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying business at BYU-Idaho. I love playing soccer and taking photos. I especially love being outdoors and hiking. This summer I climbed my 4th 14er and it is a goal of mine to climb every 14,000 ft peak in Colorado someday. (I have a long way to go!) I love my family and I'm excited to eventually start my own.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the happiness and true joy that I experience from following the direction of church leaders and keeping the commandments. I love having an understanding of where I come from, where I am going and who I am. I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father who loves me and knows me personally. I can testify of the blessings that I have experienced in my own life from living righteously and having high standards. I love my religion and all of the truths associated with it.

How I live my faith

I am a visiting teacher in my young single adult ward. This means that I visit and teach one or two other girls in my congregation. I have the opportunity to be their friend and support in any way they need. I also get to help them in any times of need whether it is physical or spiritual in nature. This great web of support in our congregation helps every member to feel valued and important to others.
