Hi I'm Stacey

I'm a wife. I'm a daughter of God. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Texas where I went to a small high school. I'm a recent college grad with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I work at a company that designs and builds targets and gun ranges for military and law enforcement training. I've been married to my best-friend, Andrew, for a year and a half and have enjoyed learning and growing with him. My husband (who is close to graduation, with a degree in computer engineering) and I are looking forward to starting the next part of our lives away from the college town scene. We're expecting our first son to join our family at the end of May and are still trying to pick out a name. We spend most of our time at school or work and in our spare time, we play card games, attend sporting events and watch movies.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of the Church and my parents were wonderful examples of how to conduct their lives in a way that is pleasing to Heavenly Father. I gained a testimony not only from them, but from my own experience. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me. He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to Earth to atone for the sins of the world. My Savior lives. I am a Mormon, because living my life according to the principles of His gospel brings innumerable blessings and means that I can return to live with Him someday.

How I live my faith

I pray to Heavenly Father every day and study the scriptures. I love to read talks from past General Conferences. I fulfill my calling and attend my Church meetings. I care for and improve my relationships with my family members and friends. And when I fail, I try again.
