Hi I'm Carissa Decker

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in San Diego, California. I graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design. I served a full-time mission in Indonesia for 18 months. I work full-time as a sales manager for a wholesale jewelry company. I enjoy tennis, being outdoors, seeing new places, architecture, cooking, and being with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are both Mormons so naturally I was brought up in the church. I did not understand or know what I believed until I had to make more important decisions. Through study and spiritual experiences I have gained a testimony that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. I believe in this church because I know that the Book of Mormon is true, because I believe that we can still receive revelation, that Joseph Smith is a Prophet, that Jesus Christ died for us, and that I will be able to return to my Heavenly Father with my family after this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by making the best decisions I can. I try to be an example to my family members and friends. I serve in the church helping the women's organization by assisting with activities, service projects, and taking care of other secretary duties.
