Hi I'm Jeanne

I grew up in Oak Creek, WI and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have three children. In March of 1987, the dearest man that I know and I eloped to the temple in Chicago, Ill. We quietly went with two dear family friends and were sealed across the alter for time and all eternity. It was the best day of our lives. We have raised our children in faithfulness in the church and enjoyed many callings and activities that helped us learn how to raise our children. Since our children have grown up, I decided to enroll in college for the first time in my life and will graduate in the pasty arts field in May of 2012. I love baking, decorating cakes, designing art out of many types of culinary components and I love sharing and designing baked goods for friends and family. I also enjoy teaching. But most of all...I love spending time with my husband and children. Camping, biking, hiking, canoeing and enjoying the outdoors with them. I love gardening and seeing the plants grow and enjoy the fruits from them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. My parents were baptized in the church and sealed in the temple before I was born. But I stilled had to take Moroni's challenge and try it for myself. I have had health issues since I was a child and had to test it early in life and gain the faith at an early age. I have loved the church all my life and am honored to say that I belong to this the Lords church.

How I live my faith

I have been involved in many different callings throughout my life. It started as a Laurels President as a youth and a Seminary president many years ago. I served as a singles ward rep. for 5 years, I have served in the Relief Society as a teacher and a second counselor. I have served in the primary as the nursery leader and music leader, and I served as a den leader and cub master in our ward for about 9 years and then was called to be a seminary teacher and served in that position for 6 years. I now serve as the Stake Primary Secretary. I have loved each of these callings and have been honored serving in each of these rolls.
