Hi I'm Sarah

I grew up in AZ. I am a college graduate, a wife, and a mom to three boys. I love exercising, and being outside. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Life is awesome! I love spending time with my family. I don't know what I would do without their support. In 2015, I graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a bachelor's degree in English-Professional Writing. Currently, I'm a stay-at-home mom to three boys (one in heaven) and love figuring out different activities to do with them inside and outside. I love to try new, healthy recipes, exercise in the comfort of my own home, run outside, read, go on walks with my boys, and eat all of my desserts with a spoon (it's more exotic that way).

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon! It gives me the happiness, joy, and peace I couldn't find anywhere else. I was raised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents were such good examples to me as I grew up, and they are still good examples to me. Their own testimonies of the gospel helped give mine the foundation it needed to become stronger. I have prayed and read The Book of Mormon and have found out for myself that it is true. I love the gospel so much, and I don't know what I would do without it in my life. I know in my heart that it is the only true church on the Earth today and am so grateful and happy to be a member of it.

How I live my faith

I try to be a good example to all those around me and thinking of everyone as a child of God, because we are all children of God. I try to put myself out there by doing service or participating in uplifting activities, such as: watching good movies, listening to clean and uplifting music, attending church each Sunday as well as other church activities, being patient and loving to my children, sharing goodness on social media, and being kind to all those around me. My theory is that if you are going to represent something, you need to represent it well. I want to represent my Savior, Jesus Christ, in the best light possible, and the way I do that is by obeying his commandments and trying to become a better person every day. I try to do whatever the Lord asks of me and follow the teachings of the prophets. Recently I was called as the Young Women 1st Counselor in my ward and am privileged to serve the beautiful young women every single day. They help me be better, even if they don't realize it. The youth today are so strong, and I feel so blessed to help lead and guide them on the path the Savior has set for them, as well as learn from them. I know the Church is true, and I am so grateful for it.
