Hi I'm Charlotte

I'm a Mormon and I Love It!

About Me

My husband and I have been happily married for over 18 years. We have three intelligent, creative, and loving children. My love for my family is endless and unconditional. We also have two nutty dogs that are very spoiled. I work full time as the Director of Human Resources for a successful private Company with approximately 500 employees. I am an Arizona native and love this beautiful State. I have many friends, who I consider my brothers and sisters. Jesus Christ is my Savior. I’m a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - day Saints. My parents were divorced when I was young. My father met a Mormon woman and was soon baptized. My younger brother and I soon meet the missionaries and started attending church. I decided to be baptized when I was 12 years old. I consider myself very lucky to have knowledge of Heavenly Father and His Plan for His children. I know without a doubt that I am a child of God, and this is the key to happiness. My Heavenly Father personally knows me, loves me and watches over me. This knowledge has sustained me during good times and during trials, such as my Mom’s death to breast cancer and later my own fight with breast cancer. I know that family’s can be together forever and that I will see my Mom again one day. I know that I will live again with Heavenly Father and my elder brother, Jesus Christ. I know Jesus Christ died for each one of us, so that we may one day return to live with him. I know it is only through the power of the atonement that we repent and be forgiven of our sins. We were each given our free agency to choice for ourselves whom we will follow. I choose to follow our Savior.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by acting on it and trying to follow the example of Jesus Christ. I believe in the values we teach our youth, they include….. I strive to live these values daily so I can be my best self and in turn be a good example to others. My husband and I are raising our children to love the Lord. We are preparing for our oldest son to go on a Mission and teach others about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - day Saints. This is a sacrifice to our family, as he will be gone for two year serving others and we will have little contact with him. I believe in this work and I put my faith in Heavenly Father that he will watch over our son. Additionally, I currently have an assignment from our Church Leader to work as a Compassionate Service Leader. I am responsible for making sure the women in our local congregation are taken care of when they, or a close family member, are ill or injured. This includes working with all the women in our congregation to arranging for meals to be taken to the family, the cleaning is done, and coordinating rides to the doctor, as needed. I want to make sure the family knows they are loved, appreciated and needed.
