Hi I'm Brooke

I Play the String Bass. I am a Sophmore in High School. I am six feet tall. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a sophomore in high school. I love to read and play my string Bass. I use to play volleyball but soon lost interest. I am a daughter, sister, and the youngest of three. I am a part of a family of five. I enjoy playing video games, dancing in the rain and hanging out with my friends. My favorite subject in school is Math. I hope to be a RM, mother, and Professional Photographer or Engineer when I grow up. Before I die I would have liked to traveled the world to see its many cultures and Arts. All in all I am easy going and love to have a good time.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because I was born and raised in the church. I keep in the church because without it I would be spiritually lost. It’s my life and light of the world. It brings me great joy and happiness knowing that I someone waiting for me. The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is a blessing in my life. While being a member of this great church I have gained a testimony which has helped me through hard times and times of temptation. I would love to share my testimony that I know that this church is true. Also that the book of Mormon is a true testament of God. Joseph Smith, President Monson and the many that followed and will follow them are true prophets of God. I testify that Jesus died for us so that we may return to him one day and that we might be forgiven of our sins. I testify of these things in the name of our beloved Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

Through the church I have done many service projects. The first one I remember was when the youth went to a nursing home and gave them blankets, helped set up some of their Christmas trees, sang along with them, and just sat down and talked to them. The people there where friendly, kind, and always ready for an open ear. I loved hearing them talk about some of their great adventurous. We recently helped ST. Vincent DePaul at the Arizona State Fair. We helped them collect clothes and load them into boxes. Then we would load those boxes into a truck. All and all we as a church/ward try to serve as much as much as possible.
