Hi I'm Kyle Williams

I'm a husband. A father. A railroader. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I came from a small town and I am not used to living around other members of the LDS church. Meet my wife at BYU-Idaho. Our daughter is less than a year old. We are both young and trying to decide what to do with the rest of our lives. Right now I am working in North Dakota and my family is 900 miles away. We have to make tough decisions on how to support a family today. Its never easy but with faith we make it work.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of my experiences. Through all of my struggles there has been one constant throughout my life. When I stay close to the gospel I also find peace. I have come to understand the meaning of the phrase "Sometimes God will calm the storm, sometimes he will calm you in the midst of the storm." I LITERALLY know this to be true.

How I live my faith

I have found that if I am always striving to be a better man then I will have more help from God in every aspect of my life. One of my goals is to always strive to serve others. Every day there is something we can do. Whether it's a stranger or someone you meet every day, someone your dating or a family member. When you endeavor to lift others the Savior will lift you. His life was a life of continual service. If we want to be more like Him then we should live our lives as he did. I know that is true. I know it because I tried it! Alma 32.
