Hi I'm Kristin

I'm a Mormon. I was baptized 3 years ago.

About Me

I'm a Mom to 3 beautiful children, a student, and a part-time employee. I love the beach but also the snow as well and am a snowboarder all the way! I love to read, dance, and just spend time with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My in-laws are all members of the Church and my husband was brought up in the Church. When he was 15 he chose not to attend church any longer with his family and went a different path. After we were married my in-laws introduced me to the Church without being pushy. I spent time with the Missionaries and even started the talks once or twice, but I was never convinced it was the right time. Having children changed that for me. I started to realize just how family oriented the Church really is and I started to pray in earnest to know the truth. I took the missionary talks once again and felt the spirit this time. I was baptized 3 years ago.

How I live my faith

I work for a hospital, in the Emergency Room, so I don't always make it to church on Sundays. But I try to live my faith every day in other ways as well and I still do my best to make it when I can. One of the ways I can do this is to visit a couple of other sisters in my ward to share some inspiration, called visiting teaching. When I have the opportunity to visit teach I have the opportunity to bring gospel and other messages to my fellow sisters. It also gives me the opportunity to serve someone else. Maybe my sister needs some help emotionally, spiritually, or temporally. This my chance to live my faith.
