Hi I'm Megan

I love to sing. I'm a choir nerd. I'm a princess. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Music is my life. I am in the Acappella choir at my school and I love to participate in musical theatre. I love all things Disney, and my dream is to one day work at Disneyland. I love to travel, and have adventures and experience new things. I'm not a shy person and I love to make new friends anywhere I go. I love the church and all it teaches me, and I love to share it with anyone I meet.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this religion, and was baptized by my father when I was 8 years old. As I have grown older my belief that the church is true has not only grown, but solidified. I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. Looking at my life, I know the times I was always truly happier than ever was when I was living the principles of the gospel. I'm a Mormon because it makes sense. This world is too big for us to succeed on our own. We need the help of our Heavenly Father in all aspects in our life, which is what the LDS church has taught me. There was a time where I didn't think I needed anyone. I knew I was smart and I thought I could take on all the world would throw at me on my own. And while that is one way to succeed in life, I have found through a hard process of trial and error, that the only way for me to do well in life is if I live the teachings of the church.

How I live my faith

By attending church every Sunday, and reading the Book of Mormon and other scriptures everyday, I learn all that I can about our Heavenly Father and his plan for us. I try to live a good Christian life because it makes me happy. I participate in my Young Single Adult ward and take as many Institute classes as my busy schedule allows. I am always open about who I am and what I believe because I love being a Mormon.
