Hi I'm Braden

Born and raised in Idaho. I play baseball for UVU. I`m serving a mission in Quèbec. I`m a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small rural town in Idaho, and I’m the youngest of four children. I love the outdoors and every activity made possible by them. I am a fanatic of snowmobiling, my family’s’ tradition. I find joy in challenges, whether it be standing on the mound in the ninth inning, with the game weighing down upon my shoulders or fly-fishing in hidden streams in the Snake River valley. I love the feeling of accomplishment that only comes after a great deal labour and practice. I am currently serving a full time mission in Quebec and am benefitting from every minute and challenge that is sent my way. Live, Love, Laugh, Work and Enjoy the blessings the God gives me, is my aspiration for life.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that God answers the prayers of his children. I learned this as a child growing up with parents in the LDS faith. However, I was not born with a testimony of Jesus Christ nor of my Heavenly Father. When I was seventeen, questions about my faith, and the religion I follow, started pressing on my mind. It came to the point where I needed answers. Through humble prayer and study, my testimony was gained by answers to my prayers. I am a Mormon because this is where I am happiest and all my spiritual needs are met.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through daily service. I have the blessing to be a full time missionary for Jesus Christ. Every day for two years I am able to share my testimony and love with others through acts of service, teaching doctrine, and helping others receive answers to their prayers. I bring others closer to Christ by helping them understand how he works in their lives. I have talked to countless people that have told me God is silent in our days. I live my faith by helping them see his hand is their lives.
