Hi I'm Julie.

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to draw and to sing. I read a lot, and I also listen to audio books. I belong to a really big family. My parents have more than 80 people among their children and grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon partly because of my parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. They taught me the gospel of Jesus Christ. They showed me by example how to live it. I'm also a Mormon because the teachings help me to find peace and purpose in my life. When I read the Book of Mormon and listen to our living prophets, I either find solutions to my problems or strength to endure them. I also learn ways to avoid some problems in the first place. I know life is better when I and those around me live the gospel.

How I live my faith

I teach Sunday School in my ward. I teach the sixteen-year-olds. They are great kids! I also "visit teach" two women in our ward as individuals. One of them is 92 and lives in a nursing home. The other lady is in the middle of raising her sweet family of five. When I serve in my church, I get as many blessings as I try to send out.
