Hi I'm Grant

I'm a husband, father of four boys, and a marriage counselor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my wife for more than 20 years. I have four wonderful sons, one of whom has severe autism. I enjoy skiing, hiking, and volleyball. Professionally, I am a marriage and family therapist.

Why I am a Mormon

After more than 45 years on this planet, one thing that has always brought me happiness was an understanding of God's plan for me--I know I lived with Him before this life, that I'm here on earth to be tried and tested, and that eternal blessings await me and my family as I strive to keep God's commandments and follow His will. These truths are found in my Mormon faith, and I have prayed to know if the things I've been taught since my youth are true. The Holy Spirit has confirmed these truths to me, and my life has been richly blessed as I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ's gospel.

How I live my faith

I actively participate in my faith. I attend church every Sunday with my family. I participate in community service projects organized by my church. I visit families who are members of my local congregation to provide service and support to them. I also teach the youth in my church every weekday at 6:00 a.m. The topic of study for them this school year is the Old Testament of the Bible.
