Hi I'm Stuart

I am one that doesn't care for talking about himself and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and I enjoy it thoroughly. I love playing golf, going to the beach, hanging out in the backyard with good music and being with my family. I think medicine is fascinating and I fully believe that our physical bodies are creations of an Eternal God. I love playing all other types of sports and am usually happy if I am outside doing something. Another random thing is that I like road trips.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a wonderful Latter-day Saint family and I have counted that as one of my precious blessings ever since. I grew up singing primary songs, having Family Home Evenings, scripture study, going to seminary, and being involved in the Church's organizations. I am a living witness of how this gospel blesses families and I am a Mormon largely because of loving parents who cared enough to take me o Church even when I was too stubborn to want to go. Yet, I am not a Mormon today because my parents said so. I have grown a foot or two since those days and I have learned for myself that God lives. He is my Father. His Son is Jesus the Christ, my Savior and Redeemer. His grace is sufficient for me. I know of these truths because they have been revealed to me by the Spirit of God in humble, fervent prayer. I love Him and count it my most precious blessing to serve Him and worship Him. Glory to God!

How I live my faith

I seek to be kind and help others out. I simply live my faith by studying the scriptures, going to church, and praying and then acting in accordance, in other words "apply," what I learn not only literally but also from the Holy Ghost. Faith is a principle of action and power so I believe it has to be lived for it to be true faith. It is not just something I know and do. It's more about who I am and who I am trying to become.
