Hi I'm Kameron

I was born and raised in Maryland. I race bicycles and i love to bake. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Over the past 4 years I have worked at a bakery and for a little while I worked at a bike shop. Ever since I was a little kid I always wanted to either be a chef or a baker. I started working at a bakery when I was 14 and I have loved it ever since the first day I started. Even though at times its tough getting up at 4 in the morning its well worth it in the end. Around the same time that I started working at the bakery I started ridding my bike a lot more. Within a couple years I got into racing my bike. I have done races that are as long as 206 miles in one day to 13 mile mountain bike races. I just love waking up early on a Saturday morning and going for a ride to enjoy the great outdoors. Even though ridding my bike and working at a bakery are some of my favorite things to do. Some of my best memories were made while spending time with my family. There is nothing better then going out and doing things with your family and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was younger I was asked by someone how I knew that the church was true. I didn't really have a good answer for them. I had always been told that it was true but I never knew for myself. One Sunday are Bishop got up and gave us a invitation to read the whole Book of Mormon in 90 days. At the time I didn't think that I would be able to read it in only 90 days. But I knew that I wanted to know if the church was true. And I knew that if I accepted the invitation I could find out for myself. After I had read the book I finally knew for myself that it was true. Which means that if the book of Mormon is true then Joseph Smith saw God the Father and his son Jesus Christ. And if he really saw them then that means that this is the true church once again restored on the earth. I have read the Book of Mormon many times since that first time when I was a young man. Every time that I read from its sacred pages I come to have a better testimony of the Savior and his Atonement. The Book of Mormon to me is what makes The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints true. After reading from it I can not deny its truthfulness. The experiences that I have had while reading from that book will stay with me for the rest of my life.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is by doing all the things that I have been taught to do ever since I was little kid. I was born in to a family that were already members of the church. For me living my faith was doing everything I had been taught to do even though at times that can be difficult. Now that I'm older I continue to do things that I was raised up doing not because that's how I was raised but because I know that its the right thing to do. For me living my faith has become a way of life. Its not just somethings that I only do on Sunday or when its convenient to me. Instead I live my faith all day every day. I know that by living my faith to the fullest I am blessed in more ways then I even know.
