Hi I'm Jona

I am from Arizona. I am studying to be an engineer. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a young adult that loves preaching the Gospel! I do it everyday! Why do you ask??? It's because I'm a missionary from my church! I have the wonderful opportunity to go out and do this everyday! It's awesome! But if I am not preaching the Gospel, (which I do 99% of the time) I love to play some soccer or cook a nice meal!

Why I am a Mormon

The church has been a very important part in my life. In many ways unimaginable, the gospel has helped shaped me into who I am today. We sometimes tend to look at the short, near future consequences to our actions. We sometimes look at what we won't have immediately, and not at things down the road. Obviously, we feel a change in our lives instantly once we are baptized and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. However, some benefits God has only given to us to receive in the future. Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has blessed my life from the day I was born, and has been continueing to bless my life everyday. I have become more and more blessed with each passing day because I know God has developed a timeline for me, and if I continue to live my life in accordance with what God desires, I will be able to follow his timeline to the point.

How I live my faith

As a member of my faith, I have dedicated much of my life to preaching the Gospel. Right now, I am serving as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Toronto, Canada and have found much joy in doing so. I have personally witnessed the blessings that have come into the lives from others through teaching them more about the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ here on the Earth. I have personally seen the change that has gone over in a person once they started accepting and living the standards of the Gospel. This, in return, has brought me blessings in so many different ways that I could spend forever describing. Through teaching others of all ages and sorts, I have seen my testimony and faith grow stronger. Each time I pick up the Book of Mormon and testify to someone about, I feel a Spirit so strong that it leaves me in awe.
