Hi I'm Zoe

I’m a mother of 7 children, a wife to a hardworking husband, a mentor, a gardener, and a lover of music. And I’m a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I live in Mesa, Arizona, now, with our 7 children. I was born in Seattle, Washington, and then moved to Provo, UT. I grew up going to Brigham Young University sporting and theatrical events, while enjoying the beautiful campus. As a teenager, I played the violin, piano, and took clogging lessons. During my childhood, we went camping a lot, which I have fond memories of spending time with my family while doing it. As I went to Brigham Young University, I met my wonderful husband, Joseph. We were married in the Manti, Temple in April 1996. We have had the opportunity to have 7 beautiful children. I am able to stay home and nurture my children, which is a great blessing in my life. I love music that helps lift my spirit as I go through life. I love to cook lots of good food for my family. I love to garden and grow vegetables, fruits, and flowers. I love to enjoy God’s creations and be out in nature. I love to have things clean and organized. I love to accomplish lots of things each day.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because it helps me to see what is important in life. I choose to do what Heavenly Father wants me to do first. My relationships with my husband and family are the next ones that matter most. I know if I am faithful, I can be together forever with my husband and family. This is made possible in the holy temple, through the sealing power of the priesthood. I strive everyday to follow Jesus Christ and do what he would do if he were here. I remember that Jesus Christ suffered and died for me so that I could have an opportunity to repent and return to live with my Heavenly Father again. I know I am happy when I choose the right and living the gospel gives me great joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping all those around me to feel Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ’s love. I try to lift spirits of those that are going through hard times. I pray morning and night with thanks to God for my blessings, for strength to bear the day, and for guidance to guide me to those that need me. I read my scriptures daily and try to apply what I read to be a better mother, wife, and friend. I go to church every week to serve God and renew my covenants that I made. I continue to live my faith, so I will be able to be with my Heavenly Father again.
