Hi I'm Marlisa

I'm Samoan. I'm a adopted. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Western Samoa and was the 12th child. I was adopted and grew up in Utah. I have five brothers and sisters. I'm 21 years old. I'm a student and work for The Bank of American Fork. I love music! I love to sing. I love spending time with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in Utah Valley in a strong LDS family. I have been surrounded by good influences that have helped me stay strong in the gospel. When I moved out on my own, living the gospel wasn't just a way of life. It became a choice. I choose to continue to follow Christ. I don't fully understand why I was adopted. But I do know that God has a divine plan for me in this life. God is real and very aware of who I am. I feel his love for me every day!

How I live my faith

I look forward to Sunday, because attending Church is the perfect way for me to start my week! I love going to family home evening each Monday night. I love institute on Wednesday nights! It's such a wonderful "pick-me-up" in the middle of the week to learn more about the gospel! I love being a visiting teacher and taking time out to go serve the sisters in my ward! I've met so many wonderful influences in my life, by attending my church activities!
