Hi I'm Philip

I love my wife. I love my girls. I'm a soccer coach. I'm a Tigers fan and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am first and foremost a family man. I love my wife and my four girls. Yes that's right... four girls. I spend my life chasing them around and I love it. I'm 41 years old and going back to school to get my degree. I study online at night after my family is in bed. It's hard but worth it. My girls need to know that school is worth the hard work. I also coach girls soccer. Who thought I'd like it but I do. It is Awesome being part of a team and seeing those girls grow. I love mowing the lawn. I love eating greasy food. I love my friends. I love life's moments that make it all worth while.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because that is Gods plan for me. Since I was young, Christ has been guiding me to His church. I've always had the desire to find and know Christ. I met the most beautiful girl in the world, started raising a family, and started praying together. That's how it started. My Heavenly Father heard my prayers and surrounded my life with great LDS people. These friends loved us and taught us the gospel by their amazing examples. The final reason that I'm a Mormon is because of the power to seal my family as an eternal family. I've always known that Heavenly Fathers plan for families was not just till death but forever. I know my family will be together forever. I love being a Mormon. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith the best I can. The most important role that I have is in my home with my family. In my home is where things matter the most. I try to take advantage of each opportunity to teach my family that I truly have a testimony of my savior Jesus Christ. I'm far from perfect and rely on my Savior every day. I currently serve in my church as a Young Mens leader. It is an amazing way to serve in my ward. I have the opportunity to work with courageous young men that live their faith each day. These men are amazing examples to me and to their friends. My testimony of my Savior grows as I serve next to these amazing young men.
