Hi I'm Lisa

I'm a Mormon. I'm a Wife and stay at home Mom of two beautiful children.

About Me

I'm a stay at home Mom to a beautiful boy and girl. I'm a wife. I love to be able to be a stay at home Mom, I'm so lucky to have this opportunity. I'm grateful to be with them all day long. I went to Cosmetology school out of High School. I was able to work in a salon for 14 years. I started my family a little later in life. So I'm so grateful to not have to work anymore. I love to travel, read, quilt, be outdoors, and spend time with my family!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS church. I grew up with 9 siblings. I had a wonderful childhood filled with lots of love. I leaned on my parents testimony until I received my own. I believe I really was converted in my late teen years. I was able to go to Jerusalem with BYU. I absolutely loved this experience. It changed my life. To be able to walk where Jesus walked and visit places talked about in the scriptures made it all very REAL to me. I love my Savior with all my heart. I'm so grateful for what he has done for me. I'm grateful that I will be able to live with my family forever, because of his sacrifice for us!

How I live my faith

I live my Faith every day of my life. I love to be able to go to church with my family every week. I'm grateful that I am able to read my scriptures and pray to him daily. I lean on his help so much, especially now that I have children. My husband and I pray for guidance every day to know what we should do. I love to serve others. A few years ago I was able to serve with the youth in our ward. I love the youth and their strong testimonies. I am currently teaching in my ward, I'm grateful for this opportunity to study the scriptures. I pray that I live my life the way my Savior would want me to. I'm grateful for my membership in this church. I love my Faith, it means everything to me!
