Hi I'm Ron Hunsaker

I grew up on a small dairy farm in southern Idaho. I'm the 4th in a family of 7 children. I am a Mormon

About Me

I'm the middle child of a family of seven children. My family is the most important part of my life. I enjoy family reunions and any time we can be together. I've come to know the blessings of grandchildren. I was able to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to the wonderful people of Colombia and Venezuela. This helped me to gain my own testimony of the Restored Gospel Jesus Christ. I enjoy sports, mostly baseball. In my younger years I was able to play softball with the Church teams as well as city leagues. I enjoyed watching my own children play as well. Now I get to see the Grandchildren participate and I attend all the events possible. I have been able to travel some in the last few years and enjoy it very much. We have been to some of the historic sites of the Church. It has been a great experience.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. My parents were loving and caring to each of us children. They taught us the Gospel and how to live a good life. I was able to learn for myself the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The Gospel has blessed my life in so many ways. It helped me when my first wife was ill and ultimatley passed away to understand the plan of Salvation and then know that we will be together again. The Gospel has helped me raise my children in a loving home. Because of my faith and devotion I was blessed to find My current wife and be blessed with a loving and eternal companion to bless my life on this earth.

How I live my faith

I am an active member in my Ward. I try to serve others as I can. My wife and I were able to be workers in the Temple for a number of years. I currently serve in the men's organization and enjoy my calling. It is a wonderful blessing to serve others and see how it not only bless them but me as well.
