Hi I'm Kirsta

I play multiple instruments. I go to an advanced math and science program. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've played the flute for 7 1/2 years, piano for 1 year, and piccolo for 1 year. I love music and plan on teaching it to blind and handicapped children. I go to an advanced math and science program through a college, while I am still in high school. I love reading in any spare time that I have. I love helping others and I love playing and babysitting children; I cannot wait to have my own family! I have been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my entire life and I will always be an active member. I am 16 years old and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it is the one and only true church. I've had the spirit testify it to me many times and there is no way that I can deny that. I also see how depressed people are because they don't think they have an alternative to the life they are living or they don't see how they can be forgiven and fix something that they've done. It makes me so happy to know that there is a way to be forgiven for our sins, through the atonement, and that there is always someone there helping me along. I'm so grateful for all of the many blessings that my family and I have received for following the commandments. I know my life would not be the same and I would not be the same person I am now if I were not a member of this church. I am a Mormon because I know the Lord commanded us to be followers of His church and I know with all of my heart that this is His true church. I know that everything he commands us to do can only help us and that He loves us more than we can ever imagine.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my very best to follow the commandments that were given to us. I am an example of the believers and I never stray from my beliefs. In my ward, I am the Laurels' class president. This is the leader of the eldest group of young women. I do my best to answer questions that I am asked about my faith and I am not afraid to let people know that I am a Mormon. I love the fact that I am a Mormon and I tell it to the world.
