Hi I'm Kelsi

I'm a wife, a mother, a nurse, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love doing crafts! I love creating things to stay busy. I enjoy scrapbooking, making jewelry, crocheting, and blogging in my spare time. I worked at a nursing home as a registered nurse before having kids, but now I get to enjoy being a stay at home, and I love it!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a mormon family. I always hoped that what I was being taught was true, because I wanted to believe that there was such a perfect plan. But I wanted to do more than believe. I wanted to know that the things being taught were indeed truth. There is a scripture in the Book of Mormon that says, "And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things." When I was 15 I decided to put this to the test, I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to know if it was true. The experience I had was one I will never forget. I found the answer I was looking for. I feel so blessed to have that knowledge and hope to be able to share what I know with others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving those around me. I wanted to be a nurse for one reason, and that reason was to serve and help others. The joy I find while focusing on others doesn't compare to anything else. To me there is no better way to show how I live my faith, then to try to follow the example of the Savior!
