Hi I'm Leslee

I'm a mother of 4 I've been married for 19 years. I'm a cake decorator living in beautiful Colorado and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah with a family of 10. I've been married to the greatest man for 21years and have 4 beautiful children two boys and 2 girls (everyone has a partner at the theme parks) and one big furry black dog. I love the mountains. I enjoy exercising, being outside and spending time with my family. Cooking is a stress relief for me, I enjoy trying new foods. My favorite vacation spot is Lake Powell, the water skiing and cliff jumping are a thrill, but the relaxing pace is my favorite part. I enjoy reading and will read most anything; murder mysteries, love stories, and fantasy fiction are among my top choices. I prefer to watch movies at the theater. My favorite part about going to the movie theater is the popcorn with lots an lots of butter. High on my bucket list of things to do is para sailing, and hang gliding. I love life and all it has to offer, and I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love the peace and comfort that the gospel brings into my life. I know the lord wants me to be happy, and to try new experiences even when they challenge me. The church helps me to know my purpose in life it gives me focus and what is truly important. With 15 million members and counting I know that will have a strong support base in my times of trial. Also knowing that if I keep true to the promises that I have made to the Lord through baptism and marriage in our temple, I will be with my family in the life after this. I love my family and I love the Lord and I want to be with both in the eternities.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is a daily event. It is a complete lifestyle for me not just weekly, monthly or on occasion. Currently in my church I am in responsible for planning activities for the adult women to attend one night a month. These activities range anywhere from learning new skills such as; cooking, sewing, emergency preparation, gardening, health, crafts, and self improvement. There main goal is to help us learn new skills, strengthen relationships, and build our testimonies in Christ. This responsibility helps me to be constantly thinking of others and what their needs may be, and how I can serve the women in my church and neighborhood. Also in my daily family life, we pray to our Father in Heaven on a regular basis to seek guidance and strengthen our faith. I attend church meeting each week with my family and we study the scriptures to help us learn the path the Lord would have our family be on.
