Hi I'm Jewlynn

I'm a mother of 4. A wife of a police officer. Video game geek. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay at home mom of 4 young children. I enjoy playing video games. Especially the mythical and fantasy kinds. I am married to a wonderful man who is a police officer and not a member of a church. I'm so grateful that he supports my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS and allows our children to pursue the same path.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised and baptized in the LDS church since I was a child. I always knew of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and the gospel being restored. Though, there was a time in my life where I did not choose to live as I believed. As an adult and with the love of our Heavenly Father, he sent the missionaries tracting in my neighborhood. I invited them into my home. They brought with them that spirit that I hadn't felt in so long. I knew that the Spirit is what I was missing in my life. I knew that the only way to fill the void in my life was to become active in the Church and live my life as the Savior showed me. I know and have always known that this is the true Church of Christ. I know that Heavenly Fathers loves us so much that His plan includes eternal families, living prophets and apostles, and a Savior to atone for us. I am so thankful for His mercy and love. I am so thankful for the confirmation of these truths from the Holy Ghost. I know that the only way to have real joy in this life is through our Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I love attending church every Sunday. It's my chance to rejuvenate and get ready for the next week. I love learning more and more as we study the scriptures. And I love to feel the Holy Ghost testify to me of simple truths as I learn from other peoples testimonies of the Gospel. I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve in church. And I try my hardest to do my best in my church callings. My daily prayers and daily scripture study helps me throughout each day. I love the spirit that doing these two simple things brings into my life. I love the strength and peace they bring as well.
