Hi I'm Jadee

I am your typical blonde hair blue eyed mormon girl!! I Love life, love to cook, play piano, be outdoors.... and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up up on a farm in a small town in eastern Washington, there I learned the gift of work, and grew to love the outdoors. I love summer time! The warm sun, the green fields, the beautiful sunsets and the chance I get to be outdoors and be active. I love to play tennis! Growing up the two main activies I was a part of were clogging and piano. It was through my Mom's dedication that I stuck with it, and can now say that I love to play the piano. I love to be creative, make crafts, experiment with new recipies, and work on projects. I recently married my best friend and both of us are attending Brigham Young University- Idaho. I love life, am grateful for it and enjoy it everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be one! The gospel has been apart of my life since I was born, but through different experiences at varying times in my life, I have come to know for myself that it is true and choose to make it my life today. It is through the sweet comforting love of my Savior, felt through the Holy Ghost, that I know that I am a daughter of God, that he knows me, my weaknesses, my needs and wants and that he loves me; so much, he sent me here to this earth to an amazing and wonderful family and has blessed my life with his restored gospel. It is through the countless little blessings and tender mercies of the Lord each and every day that I know my Savior lives and loves me. It is through the beauty of this earth that I know he created this world and rules it today. It is through a sweet peaceful feeling, a quote from a leader, feelings I get from a song, or a kind deed done from a friend or stranger that my prayers are answered. I know my Heavenly Father hears and answers my prayers, which is why I continue to pray to him each day, in times of need, in times of gratitude, and in times of sorrow. I know he hears and in his time will answer my prayers. It is through the pure joy and happiness I receive from living the principles and truths of gospel, that I choose to be a Mormon. I want that happiness in mine and my families life, and know it will only come by obedience to the commandments and living righteously through the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is through the knowledge of the plan of salvation that I am a Mormon. Knowing there is life after death and I can somday live with my Father again and receive all that he has, if I but follow his teachings and repent, that rejuvenates my dedication to do what is right. I LOVE being a Mormon and wouldn't want to be anything else. It is what blesses and enriches my life, brings tremendous joy and happiness, calms my worries and doubts and what remains constant and true in this changing world.

How I live my faith

In past years I have had the great oppurtunity to share my musical talent by serving as the choir pianist and performing in many musical numbers. I try to share the talents I have been given to benefit and uplift others around me, not only in church, but the community as well. Each day I strive to live the principles and teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I want to be the very best I can be and strive to improve and stand a little taller each day, but I often fail, so I turn to my Savior for help and for strength and then get back up and continue forward. That is how I live my faith. I am not perfect and often make mistakes, but I don't give up and keep trying to be better.
