Hi I'm Hannah

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a stay-at-home mom with two sweet babies. On the surface my life may seem dull, but every day as a mother is a new adventure. I love watching my children learn and discover new things. Their excitement and thirst for knowledge is contagious. I also have a love for learning. I attended a university and began my studies in Elementary Education, then switched to Psychology, and ended up with a degree in Dental Assisting. My interests are constantly changing, and I don't often stick to one hobby for very long. I love the outdoors and being in nature. If I had time I would love to play sports. My passion growing up was soccer and I enjoy watching sports with my husband. Most of all I love spending time with my family. They give me so much joy and purpose in my life. Everything I do is for them.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? Simply put, I am a Mormon because I choose to be. I have experimented on the principles of the gospel and found them to be true. When I choose to attend church meetings, read my scriptures, pray, serve others, and follow Jesus Christ's example in my life I feel a burning in my heart that lets me know that this is Christ's church. When I follow the principles of the gospel I feel His presence more in my life. Being a member of this church has given me the tools to develop a personal relationship with my Savior. He is my Lord and my Redeemer. It is only through Him that one can gain salvation and return to the presence of God. The knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ has given me strength to overcome countless obstacles and reassured me time and again that He loves me and is mindful of me and my circumstances. I feel is hand in all things and that brings peace to my soul.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping others any chance I get whether by simply making a meal for someone in need, or participating in a group service project through the church. I have also volunteered in the church in a variety of ways such as teaching Sunday school for the children. Before I was married I volunteered to teach the gospel full-time as a missionary.
