Hi I'm Cody

I grew up in AZ. I'm going to BYU-Hawaii. I am currently serving a spanish speaking mission in San Antonio. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read books, play board games, swim, hike, run, and have fun! I went to BYU-Hawaii for 1 year and am now serving a full-time mission. I ran Track & Field in high school and made it to State Championships for 110m Hurdles. I love animals and pretty much any living thing that isn't rude. Life is pretty awesome.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that this is the one true church of Jesus Christ. I know that He lives. I know that He lived, atoned for our sins, died, and was resurrected for us. God knows each and every single one of us personally and has a specific plan for everyone.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a full time mission. Before my mission I was an active member of the church. My faith is my life.

What is the difference between attending church and the temple?

The difference is the promises you make with God there and who you are doing it for. In church you are renewing your baptismal promise with God by partaking of the sacrament. In the temple, you make new promises with the Lord and you also help make those promises to God for people that have passed through this life already. Show more Show less
