Hi I'm Kymi

I'm a Mormon; also known as a Latter-Day Saint. I have lived in Arizona all my life, but i desire to vacation all over. (:

About Me

I am a Gilbert High School student, i attend A-Hour Seminary every school day. I am on the Gilbert Tiger Pride Marching Band; i don't play an instrument, but i am a part of the Color Guard which is the flag line, and weapon line. Basically Color Guard makes the band look pretty. But we are defiantly an important part on the general effect of the show. The only instrument i do play is the Piano, but you can't really march with that on a field. I am going to attempt to learn the guitar and the ukulele. And i am proud to be a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i was born into the church, but that's not the main reason. I am immensely grateful to my mom's conversion to the LDS church because this wonderful blessing i have in my life helps me to live the life i want with full potential. My mom had known my dad, but had no clue he was a Member til he stopped by my mom's work on his way home from church. She had asked him why he was dressed up, he had told her he was a member of the LDS church. Thanks to my father i now have a membership in the LDS church. I don't know what my life would be like if he hadn't baptized my mother and sister.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to my A-Hour seminary class every school day. I choose to do this because seminary is a wonderful class that keeps my school day more peaceful. Even though i wake earlier then others for school because of my A-Hour i am full of gratitude that i have that choice. Seminary is truly a helping hand to keeping my faith and spirit strong throughout my day. Also following with what seminary encourages i do my Personal Daily PJ'S P-Prayer J-Journal S-Scriptures.

What is faith?

Faith to me is Hope or believing in something that you cannot see, but yet you know it is true and virtuous. it is like a seed plant it in your heart and it will grow if you work by seeking for more knowledge. Show more Show less
