Hi I'm Reagan

I'm a wife and mother. I'm a professional singer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am blessed to be a part of 3 great families; the family I was raised in, the one I married into and my own. I consider my parents, brothers and sisters and their spouses, my husband and children to be my best friends. We love to go boating at Lake Powell or just spending time together playing games, talking and laughing. I like to sing and dance and quote movies with my teenagers. I love the beautiful Colorado mountains and love to travel. My goal is to see as much of the world as possible in my lifetime.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it’s true! This knowledge has developed through a lifetime of principles being applied, tested and reinforced in my life. Most recently, I have developed a deeper understanding of the principle of life after death and eternal families. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints teaches that we are all eternal beings; that this mortal life on earth is only just a part of our existence. Because of this, God has made it possible, through certain ordinances, to be united as families forever. My father died this past year from prostate cancer. I watched as his faith helped him adjust to being incapacitated and then eventually confronted with the realization of his death. Through it all, he remained positive, happy and even grateful. When he finally passed away, our family was comforted by the knowledge that he had simply moved on. He is still my loving Dad. I know that because I have felt him with me at times. Not just a memory, but his presence was with me, watching over me. My family is still very much intact. I know that through the atonement of Jesus Christ, I will be reunited with my Dad someday.

How I live my faith

For me, being a Mormon is not just a matter of where I go to church, but who I am. Every part of my life is influenced by my understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ and my relationship with Him. I am a wife and mother because I believe that the family is central to God’s plan. I try to help others and treat them kindly because I know that they are children of God too. I dress and speak the way I do to show respect for myself and those I come in contact with. I try to surround myself with only good things because that helps me stay better aligned with the Holy Spirit which in turn guides me to make better choices. I can’t imagine living my life without the gospel of Jesus Christ. It gives me understanding which leads to perspective and direction toward an ultimate goal; being able to return to the presence of God.
