Hi I'm Dennis

I'm a Mormon. I joined the church in 1989. I am a WaterMaster working for Q.C.B.I.D. for the last 25 years.

About Me

I am 51 I have worked for Q.C.B.I.D. for 25 years. Before that I was a Painter and painted houses, cars, boats, trains, and most anything that needed painting. I am married 23 years with three children. One boy 22 and two girls 17 and 26. My 26 year old had my first Grandchildren two girls 2 and 8 months old. My son has my third Grandchild 15 months another girl. My hobbies are spending time with my children and Grandchildren. I lost my Mother-in-law two years ago and my Dad a year ago to health related problems. This has opened my eyes to how short this life is so I try to live it as Father in heaven would like me to. I love being a Grandpa my family is my life. Everybody is my brother or sister and I treat them as such.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the Church in 1989 after going through a divorce. I went to a treatment center for a dependency problem. When I got out I wanted to find the right church to raise my family. After going to several different ones a coworker introduced me to the right one. I knew it was the right one after taking the lessons from a couple of elders. They taught me to pray about it and the answer did come to me.

How I live my faith

I attend church as much as my job will allo w me to. Because of my job my calling is helping out with the seminary building upkeep and helping with the emergency preparedness plan. I love my church and when I retire from my job my wife and I plan on going on a mission.
