Hi I'm Taylor-Ann

I'm a country music lover, a fashion marketer, and a big sister. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm in love with so many things. Music, soccer, reading, baking, traveling. Two things I love above all are my big family and the gospel. There is nothing more precious in life and nothing will bring you more happiness than family and faith.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 14, I realized that I did not have a testimony of my own. My whole life I had been going off of what my parents and people at church said to believe. I wanted to know for myself if God was really there. So I asked. I kneeled down and prayed every night for a week, continually looking for an answer. One night, I went to a church meeting for the youth. We watched a clip of the prophet, Gordon B. Hinckley, expressing his love for the youth of the church. I felt warm and immensely happy. Suddenly I realized that my face was wet, I was weeping tears of joy. I knew in that moment that God really loved me and that everything in this church I had been taught was true. Heavenly Father loves each of us so much, and wants us to know we are His children. If you don't know that you are a child of God, pray and ask Him. He loves us so deeply and wants us to know this simple doctrine. If you ask sincerely, He will give you your answer, I guarantee it. Matthew 7:7 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you."

How I live my faith

I strive to follow the commandments taught by Jesus Christ: to put the Lord first, love others, and abstain from wordly things that only bring temporal happiness. I love the feeling of sharing the gospel with my friends and family, knowing that one day it can bless their lives. I am currently serving an 18-month mission to share the eternal happiness that I find in this gospel with others.
