Hi I'm Brady Carter

I live in Washington State. I am a Research Scientist and give talks all over the world. I love College Football. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Husband and Father of 3 boys and twin girls on the way. I work as a research scientist for an instrumentation company and also go to school to complete a PhD. I enjoy family vacations and working in my yard. I love to watch college football and a day spent at a stadium watching a game with my sons is a great day. I enjoy playing and watching basketball. We love to play boardgames and do puzzles at our house. We also like watching family movies together. We re-watch the same movies each year for each season or holiday. I also make really good sugar cookies. I love the Fall and cooler weather and my favorite place to vacation is Vermont in the Fall. I like travelling to other countries and especially like traveling across Europe by train.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for my whole life. However, the reason I am a Mormon is because it provides me with life guiding principles which I have come to know are true and right. Even though I was baptized at the age of 8, like everyone, I had to decide for myself what I believed to be true. I prayed to know what is true and have had undeniable confirmation that the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are true. They give me hope in the darkest of times and bring me joy and happiness. They teach me of the divinity of the Savior Jesus Christ and his atoning sacrifice that I might be saved by his grace.

How I live my faith

My faith determines my daily actions and choices. I choose to live a chaste live with devotion to me wife. I choose to spend my time with my family trying to teach my children correct and true guiding principles. I choose to exercise and eat healthy, avoiding alcoholic beverages and trying to keep the commandments given to us by a Heavenly Father.
