Hi I'm Kassidee Thompson

I grew up in Queen Creek. I play sports, sing, play piano, and do crafts. I'm a daughter and a sister. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 18 years old and am currently a senior in high school. I'm outgoing and I always have a smile on my face. My number one passion is volleyball. I love to be outdoors and do things most others wouldn't. I always enjoy learning something new, so I have acquired some fun hobbies and talents including piano, singing, sewing, scrapbooking, and any other crafts. One day I hope to be married in the temple and have kids of my own. Nothing on earth would make me happier.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, along with my parents. Growing up, I didn't think much of any other way of living. However, as I go on with my life, I see how different my lifestyle is in comparison to those who don't know the gospel. I feel like I am blessed to be in such a home where it's encouraged to live the way that makes me feel good about myself. Thankfully, the church has done that for me. If someone asks why I'm a mormon, I tell them that it just works for me, and I know it's true. What the church stands for is so great. That's what keeps me going.

How I live my faith

I feel the greatest way to live my faith is by example. Each day, I strive to be a good example to those around me and to stand up for the right. I am blessed to have the opportunity to attend seminary during the week which gives me the added strength and testimony to continue to live by the counsel given to us in the "For the Strength of Youth." I find I am happiest when I am doing those things that bring me closer to the Savior.
