About Me

I love to spend time with my Family, I love to camp, Fish, Hunt, Shoot for fun and I love College Football. My Favorite Sports teams are Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Purdue Boilermakers BYU Cougars and The Oakland A's. I love Boy Scouts and Martial Arts. I'm a United States Navy Veteran. I love my Country. I have studied religion and have attended many churchs and was just not satisfied, I Studied the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for almost 22 years before becoming a member, I now have found my place, I know My Heavenly Fathers plan for me and I just know I will live with Him again. I have the comfort of being with My Family forever as well.

Why I am a Mormon

I Attended several different church's from my childhood until July 24, 2011 That is when I was Baptized and became a Member Of The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I Changed Church' many times I would be happy for a while but others just could not answer the questions I had. I met with the missionaries from the Church and prayed and read the Bible as well as the Book of Mormon. I have studied the Church often times being led down other paths because of misinformation. I assure you we are not a Cult, we don't do weird things and contrary to popular belief we are Christians in every since of the Word. I have found my place and am very active in my local Branch. I finally happy and My Family all agree we are in Our Heavenly Fathers Perfect Will. I know I will do great things for mankind In the Name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I study the scriptures daily. I am on the Scout Council at our Local Church. I do home teaching with Members of the Church and Often teach lessons with Missionaries to people who want to know more about The Church. I love working with youth, I 'm a Police Chaplain in my City. I love helping wherever and whenever I can. I do all I can to promote the Gospel Of Jesus Christ in My City and every where I may travel.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Family relationships can last forever—not just for this life. Just as some of life’s sweetest joys can come through family associations, the loss of a beloved family member can be a source of our deepest sorrows. Jesus Christ gave power to His disciples to seal families together forever when He said, “And it will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19). Death does not need to be the end of our relationships with cherished loved ones. The Lord revealed to Joseph Smith that the “same sociality which exists among us here will exist among us there [in eternity], only it will be coupled with eternal glory” (Doctrine and Covenants 130:2). Family members who accept the Atonement of Jesus Christ and follow His example can be together forever through sacred ordinances performed in God’s holy temples. These ordinances seal a husband and wife together for all eternity and children to their parents as an eternal family. (See: “The Family: A Proclamation to the World”) Show more Show less
