Hi I'm Megan

I grew up in a Military family. I'm Going to school to be a Medical Assistant and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am in the process of graduating with my Medical Assistant degree, which will give me the opportunity to help others around me in the community and around the world. I love helping people and getting to know their life story. I love my family; family is a MAJOR aspect in my life. My family and I have very strong relationships with one another. I want to have a big family someday. I love playing volleyball and softball and I can be very competitive at times. I love to have fun and learn as much as I can. My father taught me a great deal about education and learning as much as possible. I love dogs and if I could I would rescue as many dogs as I could from pounds and provide a loving home for all of them. I enjoy being in the outdoors, backpacking, hiking, canoeing as well as camping of course (it’s all about the smore’s). I enjoy traveling and seeing different lifestyles and cultures to learn about.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and didn’t gain my own testimony until I was a sophomore in college. I had been out on my own for a little over a year and was struggling to find my way in life and which direction to take. I prayed for guidance to help me in my time of need to know where to go in my life. From that point on I gained a strong testimony of the church. From this testimony I gained a greater love for my Savior, therefore, creating a greater bond and relationship to my Father in Heaven. I am a Mormon because I know the truth of the scriptures, I have prayed for myself to know if Christ lives, and he does.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by Serving others at a daily basis, praying regularly, reading my scriptures daily, having Family Home Evening to create better relationships with my family members and learning more about Christ. I live my Christ centered live by simply by being a good friend, example, influence, and person wherever I go.
