Hi I'm Randall

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I spent two years in the South of France sharing my beliefs with the French people (and enjoying the food along the way). I am a married father of 3 children who mean the world to me. When I'm not spending time with my wife and kids, I am running an internet retail business that I started while in college. My wife is from Hungary and joined the church in her home country as a teenager when her parents were contacted by Mormon missionaries in the city. Consequently we travel to Europe every two years to see 'nagyi' (grandma) & 'nagyapa' (grandpa). I love music and am learning to play guitar. On occasion, my buddies and I will get together for jam sessions at my warehouse.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have received witness from the Holy Ghost that Joseph Smith did indeed receive authority to restore the fullness of Christ's church in these latter days. I know that I am a child of God. This knowledge gives purpose and direction to everything I do.

How I live my faith

My hope and goal is to live my faith by following Christ's example and teachings while relying upon His atonement to rescue me from my several imperfections. I also try to afford my children opportunities to feel the promptings of the Holy Ghost and help them to recognize those feelings as I am certain this is among the most valuable gifts our Heavenly Father has given us. I have volunteered in several areas of my church, but my favorite so far has been the time I spent as a Varsity Scout coach. I try to live my life so that I'm making people around me better.
