Hi I'm Traci

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a ranch in a little town in south-eastern Idaho. I have an amazing family who has helped me through so much. Currently I am attending college and studying radiology. I love this path I have chosen. It is so interesting and everyday is a new adventure. I love to read when I have the time. I like being with my friends and talking and laughing with them. When I need to relax or take a break, my favorite thing to do is watch old movies, especially musicals. I also love being in the outdoors. I enjoy hiking and looking at all of God's beautiful creations.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon. I always had a great love for the church and its teachings. However, as a teenager I realized that I really needed to find out for myself if the church was true. I prayed everyday, read my scriptures (especially the Book of Mormon), and followed the council of my leaders. Slowly, I gained a testimony of the church and its truthfulness. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus love us, I know that the Book of Mormon is true, I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, and I know that families can be together forever. My testimony has grown through the many trials and struggles that I have experienced. When my grandpa died, I thought that

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the scriptures everyday, especially the Book of Mormon. I pray every day. I attend Church on Sunday and I try to attend as many church activities as I can throughout the week. I also attend institute each week to learn more about the Gospel and the truths it teaches. I also live my faith by not swearing, dressing in modest clothing, and seeking out entertainment that is clean and follows church standards.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Traci
We do believe that the Bible is the word of God. We study it and teach from it. It testifies of Jesus Christ, and teaches of his words and ministry. By reading it, we can draw closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus and strengthen our testimonies in them. Show more Show less
