Hi I'm Lauren

I'm a Southern Belle who cares about the people in my life! I like anything country. I'm a nanny and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I LOVE the outdoors!! I enjoy being out on the lake, under the stars or at the park. I grew up camping with my family and am so thankful to my mom and dad for showing me what Heavenly Father created for everyone to enjoy. I am 23 years old and currently working as a full time live in nanny! I love my job and the family that I work for. Family is very important to me. I have wonderful family of 10 and am so thankful for the trials and experiences I have had. I love the music scene and going to concerts!

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky to be born into the church. Growing up my family wasn't very active. It wasn't until 9th grade that my mom and step dad made sure we were all going to church every Sunday. During those years prior to high school I remember not feeling as happy and content about my life and the choices I was making. Even during high school I still struggled with making the right choices and having the right friends. Being a member of the church has helped me in making the choices I needed to make during those times. I am here to make my own choices and learn and grow. I am so thankful to have the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. Without the help from Heavenly Father I do not know where I would be. Having the gospel in my life has made me a happier and stronger person. Now that I am living by myself I have had the time to build my testimony on my own. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christ's church and that he is the leader of it!

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by good works, integrity, and being a good example!! You never know who is watching. Personal prayer and scripture study are very important to me as well. Doing that everyday helps me to stay close to Heavenly Father and live the life that I want to have. In my singles ward that I attend now I conduct the music in one of our classes that we have every Sunday for the women. I am also on the Family Home Evening Committee and help organize activities for the young single adults in our ward. Besides our "fun" active activities we provide some type of service activity every month as well! Those are always fun and heart filling in there own special ways!
